- Psycholinguistic non-invasive method of scientific analysis of written statements to determine their truthfulness, very efficient in the process of narrowing down the list of suspects and protecting sensitive categories of victims and suspects in the process of obtaining statements (children, minors and women – victims of violent crimes).
The training course is carried out by licensed experts.
So far, this training course has been delivered several times to selected police officers of the Serbian Interior Ministry and to prosecutors with the primary and high prosecutor’s offices of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Serbia within bilateral Swedish – Serbian project “Development of Forensics and Forensic Crime Scene Analysis 2016 – 2018 – SweSeIII“, financed by the Government of the Kingdom of Sweden. - Standard psychophysiological method of scientific lie detection, which is carried out through the device for measuring certain physiological changes in the respondent’s organism which occur when answering in a strictly controlled and methodologically defined test situation.
The training course is delivered by experts licensed by the Serbian Interior Ministry and the oldest and most famous polygraph school in the world - Backster School of Lie Detection.
The training program is in line with the Certified Specialist Training Program for the Serbian Interior Ministrythat was used for the training of experts hired by Serbian security services (Ministry of the Interior, Security Intelligence Agency and Military Intelligence Agency), Montenegro (Ministry of the Interior), Slovenia (Ministry of the Interior) and Republika Srpska (Ministry of the Interior). - The latest method for disclosing concealed information based on the application of the original software for measuring emotional reactivity which entirely eliminates examiner subjectivity while presenting and measuring stimuli and neutralizes the impact of the respondent’s cognitive load due to stress caused by external or internal sources.
It is highly efficient in disclosing psychological conflict zones and measuring emotional reactivity for the purposes of scientific research.

This training has been scientifically validated in Serbian population. So far, it has been successfully received by psychologists, police officers with the Ministry of the Interior and scientific researchers of the Psychology Department, Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade. - Negotiation is a set of strategies that send a message to the opposing party in accordance with a predetermined methodology, seeking to bring about changes in its initial attitudes and behavior, in accordance with the interests of the negotiating party. It is a means of establishing contact with another person and influencing her reason and emotions, where goals are achieved through communication with the use of scientific knowledge.
Negotiation enables peaceful settlement of crisis situations, without the use of force.
The training is conducted by licensed experts. It is primarily intended for security structures in state and private institutions and companies where there is risk from crisis situations and the need for negotiation in order to solve the crisis most efficiently.
The author of the training program is the founder and the first head of the Interior Ministry Negotiating Team (2004-2006), and subsequently the Head Instructor and Expert Consultant to this team. The training program is in line with the Certified Specialist Training Program for the Serbian Interior Ministry that was delivered to the crisis and hostage negotiators for the Interior Ministry. - General training program contains: basic knowledge on human resource management and management styles; professional risk perceiving; techniques for employee motivation; general performance assessment techniques; techniques for assessment of specific employee behavior; techniques for achieving successful communication with collaborators and clients.
Every training program is being adapted to specific requests and needs of the client company.

Crime Scene Investigation (CSI) encompasses expert activities undertaken by forensic experts, in accordance with applicable law procedures, in order to find and secure forensic trace evidence needed for processing of criminal and other cases.

Disaster Victim Identification (DVI) encompasses expert activities undertaken by forensic experts, in accordance with applicable law procedures, in order to recover and exactly identify human remains, after natural and other disasters, respecting the dignity of victims.

Bearing in mind that Gender Based Violence (GBV) cases most often happen in family, partnership, or some other relation of mutual dependence among the victim and perpetrator, forensic examination of crime scene and forensic expertise requires a special attitude of forensic and other specialists involved in case processing.

Bloodstain Pattern Analysis (BSPA) encompass examination and interpretation of bloodstain patterns locations, distribution and shapes, in order of original physical event interpretation. This method is highly specialized and often used in providing physical evidence needed for processing of major criminal cases.

Accidents – fire, explosions and industrial disasters, are extraordinary events, which generally include severe consequences – human and material casualties. Determination of their exact cause and mechanism, under circumstances of huge disaster which they produce, represents a big challenge. This training is dealing with methods and techniques which enable the experts to determine the material truth and secure physical evidence needed for processing of criminal and other cases.

Any material, either movable or immovable, that contains a printed, written, or drawn inscription, is considered to be a document. In case genuineness or legitimacy of a document or any content of the document (text, stamp, protective element etc.) is considered to be skeptical and/or has to be questioned, we are talking about a questioned document. Forensic (questioned) document examination is a process of investigating a document by an expert, providing evidence about a suspicious or questionable document using scientific methods and techniques. Evidence usually include damage or alterations of the document, forgery, origin, authenticity, or other issues.
